Data Residency
All Data Stored in the Netherlands
Monitoring results, alert logs, and configuration data reside exclusively in AWS eu-west-1 (Ireland) and our secondary facility in Amsterdam. No data is replicated outside the European Economic Area. You retain full ownership and can request complete data export or deletion at any time.
Privacy by Design
AVG / GDPR Compliant
StatusBewaker is a processor under Article 28 GDPR. We maintain a Data Processing Agreement (DPIA-ready), publish a transparent processing register, and conduct annual privacy impact assessments. Our monitoring checks do not store page content or personal data — only HTTP status codes, response times, and certificate metadata.
Infrastructure
ISO 27001 & SOC 2 Type II
Our information security management system is certified to ISO 27001:2022. We undergo annual SOC 2 Type II audits covering availability, confidentiality, and integrity. Encryption in transit uses TLS 1.3; encryption at rest uses AES-256. Penetration tests are performed quarterly by an independent firm, and results are shared with enterprise customers under NDA.
