New to the dashboard? This guide walks you through workspace provisioning, initial monitor configuration, and alert routing. Steps

1. Verify Your Workspace

Complete authentication via DigiD, SAML SSO, or standard email verification. Assign your primary DNS zone (e.g., `example.nl`) and configure the initial admin role. Verification emails are routed to `postmaster@` to ensure delivery through corporate mail filters.

2. Deploy Your First Monitor

Select HTTP(S), TCP, or DNS record monitoring. Set the check interval to 30 seconds for critical payment gateways or 5 minutes for internal documentation. Enable TLS 1.3 certificate validation, HSTS compliance scoring, and custom header verification.

3. Route Alert Notifications

Connect your operational channels via native webhooks. We support Slack `#ops-incidents`, Microsoft Teams, PagerDuty, and custom JSON payloads. Configure escalation policies to trigger SMS fallback after three consecutive failures within a 15-minute window.
